Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years banking experience with external business development.
• NMLS registration per S.A.F.E. Act and NBH policies.
• Valid driver's license and driving history meeting bank standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach a successful sales team serving small business and consumer clients.
• Provide full range of business banking services focusing on deposits, treasury management and loans.
• Meet sales and service goals; represent the bank in the community and drive banking initiatives.
• Assist other departments as needed and maintain strong client rapport and risk awareness.
