Job summary

Vision Bank is hiring a Commercial Loan Officer to develop and retain commercial relationships and grow the loan portfolio in a compliant manner. You will coordinate lending activities with lenders and branches to maximize opportunities and promote the bank’s lending products and services.

The role includes originating and managing a portfolio of commercial loans, with approvals within established limits or referral to the loan committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of commercial mortgage origination or real estate sales recommended.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by developing relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information and submit loan applications for analysis and approval.
• Recommend products and services and explain loan requirements and process.
• Screen loan requests per bank policies and loan types.
• Prepare loan proposals with due diligence materials for Loan Committee.
