Job summary

Spectrum Business in Warren, OH is seeking an Account Executive to grow our small business customer base with data, voice, video and mobile solutions. You’ll prospect, conduct needs analyses, present Spectrum products, close deals and manage the sales cycle from first contact to final sale.

Daily field-based work with occasional office time, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales or telecom are preferred; Salesforce and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within your assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum solutions to each client.
• Meet sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and closed deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum strategies.
