Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Southeastern Ohio seeks a Budget Analyst to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with emphasis on grants management and cost optimization.

Responsibilities include monthly budget reports, variance analysis, and collaboration with program managers to support strategic decisions. Requires 2 years of accounting/financial analysis experience and strong Excel skills; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests for external funding, including grants.
• Prepares comprehensive reports relating to budgets, revisions, and performance.
• Participates in operating budget preparation and revisions.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of variances.
• Oversees expenditure and identifies spending trends.
• Enters budget amendments and runs queries/reports using Financial Edge or Yardi.
