Eurofins Built Environment Testing in Southern California seeks a Business Unit Manager (BUMa) to lead a high-performing team in Tustin, CA. You will own the full P&L, drive revenue growth, manage budgeting, and ensure operational excellence across lab operations, quality, and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership, strong financial acumen, and proven experience growing a business, with excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive business leadership with full P&L experience.
• Demonstrated experience growing revenue and leading business development.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the business unit with accountability for sales, operations, profitability, people, and customer satisfaction.
• Own full P&L including revenue, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and growth objectives.
• Drive commercial growth through sales strategy, new business development, retention, and pricing.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to deliver commitments.
• Lead operational excellence across quality, logistics, and customer service.
• Develop and retain a high-performing leadership team and manage staffing and training.
• Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory policies.
• Travel up to 25% as needed and collaborate with Eurofins leadership.
