Job summary

Eurofins Built Environment Testing in Southern California seeks a Business Unit Manager (BUMa) based in Tustin, CA to drive growth and profitability for the lab unit. You will own P&L, lead sales, operations, and customer relations, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while aligning with corporate policies.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience, a track record in commercial growth, and the ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive business leadership with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading commercial growth and operational excellence.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business unit with growth and profitability accountability.
• Own full P&L including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead commercial growth including sales strategy, proposals, negotiations.
• Develop relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and policies.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
