Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a Business Unit Manager (BUMa) for our Southern California team, located in Tustin, CA. You will own the full P&L and lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, driving sales, operations, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth through a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership experience, strong financial and commercial acumen, and the ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive business leadership with full P&L experience.
• Experience leading commercial growth and operational excellence.
• English proficiency; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Lead the business unit with accountability for sales, operations, profitability.
• Own full P&L including budgeting, forecasting, and growth objectives.
• Drive commercial growth: sales strategy, proposals, pricing, contracts.
• Develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance; supervise lab personnel.
• Mentor and develop the leadership team; manage staffing.
