Eurofins Built Environment Testing seeks a Business Unit Manager (BUMa) for the Pacific Northwest, located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. The role drives revenue, profitability, and operational performance with full P&L responsibility and a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.

As a senior leader, you will oversee sales strategy, customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve annual goals. Travel up to 25% may be required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive business leadership experience including full P&L management.
• Experience leading commercial growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business unit with accountability for sales, operations, profitability, people, and customer satisfaction.
• Own full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance targets.
• Drive commercial growth: sales strategy, proposals, pricing, contracts, and new markets.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships and ensure delivery on commitments.
• Lead operational excellence across lab operations, quality, logistics, and customer service.
• Build and retain a high-performing team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Ensure staffing, training, and resource allocation to support growth.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, policies and SOPs.
• Travel up to 25% as needed; collaborate with HR and leadership.
