Job summary

Eurofins Built Environment Testing in Southern California seeks a Business Unit Manager (BUMa) to lead the Tustin-based team, drive growth, and manage profitability.

You will own the P&L, align operations with corporate policy, mentor leaders, and partner with customers to deliver safe, compliant laboratory services while steering strategic initiatives and performance. This role requires strong financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive business leadership with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience growing a lab or scientific services business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Southern California business unit with accountability for revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Own full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial targets.
• Develop sales strategy, nurture key accounts, and pursue new markets.
