Eurofins Built Environment Testing seeks a Business Unit Manager (BUMa) to lead the Southern California team based in Tustin, CA. You will own the full P&L, drive sales growth, manage laboratory operations, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business unit with an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset and full accountability for sales, operations, profitability, people, and customer satisfaction.
• Own the full P&L including revenue, profitability, labor, OPEX, capex, budgeting, forecasting, and annual growth objectives.
• Lead commercial growth: sales strategy, new business development, pricing, major proposals, and market expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
• Drive operational excellence across quality, logistics, customer service, and other functions.
