Ladders is seeking a BT Strategic Operations & Enablement - Senior Director to join a leader in the information technology space. This senior leader will shape and operationalize the business technology strategy, turning priorities into clear operating plans, measurable objectives, and disciplined execution.

The role will guide portfolio governance, planning, and decision-making across a complex global organization while helping the technology operations function become more integrated,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in business technology or enterprise operations.
• Experience managing multi-year investment portfolios and strategic planning.
• Expertise in budgeting and forecasting and financial/resource management.
• Experience using data, automation, and AI to enhance technology operations.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex global organization and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate the business technology strategy into actionable operating plans and measurable objectives.
• Lead planning processes to define priorities, capacity, and expected outcomes.
• Establish mechanisms for tracking progress, identifying risk, and supporting timely decision-making.
• Manage the business technology portfolio, including demand intake and prioritization.
• Develop a governance framework that improves visibility into strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Oversee financial management processes, including tracking and investment governance.
• Build an integrated operations function to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
