Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing seeks an experienced Director of Strategy & Operations to lead enterprise planning, executive governance, and performance initiatives. You will work with the COO, CEO, CFO and senior leaders to translate strategy into executable plans with measurable goals and accountability.

The role oversees a Strategy & Operations team and requires strong strategic thinking, financial fluency, and the ability to build scalable governance in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in corporate strategy, Strategy & Operations, FP&A, management consulting, or equivalent.
• Experience developing multi-year strategic plans and annual operating plans.
• Strong financial and analytical skills aligned to performance metrics.
• Experience preparing executive, board, and investor materials.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into executive narratives.
• Experience leading teams and delegating ownership.
• Executive presence with C-suite interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the company’s 3-Year Strategic Plan with executive leadership.
• Translate priorities into initiatives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan with calendars and cross-functional coordination.
• Partner with Finance and FP&A to align forecasts and priorities.
• Support value-driver initiatives and drive performance reporting.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for leadership.
• Lead Monthly Business Reviews and board/investor preparation.
• Establish scalable planning and governance processes.
