The role will guide portfolio governance, planning, and decision-making across a complex global organization while helping the technology operations function become more integrated,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in business technology or enterprise operations.
• Experience managing multi-year investment portfolios and strategic planning.
• Expertise in budgeting and forecasting and financial/resource management.
• Experience using data, automation, and AI to enhance technology operations.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex global organization and influence without direct authority.

For our client, we are seeking a BT Strategic Operations & Enablement - Senior Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This senior leader will shape and operationalize the business technology strategy, turning high-level priorities into clear operating plans, measurable objectives, and disciplined execution. The role will guide portfolio governance, planning, and decision-making across a complex global organization while helping the technology operations function become more integrated, efficient, and effective. It will also partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align capacity, investment, risk management, and business outcomes.

Location: Atlanta, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $264,700 – $397,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Translate the business technology strategy into actionable operating plans and measurable objectives
• Lead planning processes to define priorities, capacity, and expected outcomes
