Biopharma Careers is seeking a Director, Strategic Enablement & Operations to partner with the US Communications & Government Affairs leadership. The role drives alignment, prioritization, and execution across a matrixed organization, acting as a connective tissue between the LT and functional teams for operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will establish business rhythms, steer enterprise priorities, and deliver cross-functional solutions that improve collaboration and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in pharma, biotechnology, healthcare, public affairs, communications, government affairs, or related fields.
• Experience supporting senior executives in highly matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and operational improvement efforts.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational partner to the VP of U.S. Communications & Government Affairs. Drive alignment and connectivity across US CGA and other USC functions.
• Lead execution of near, medium, and long-term projects and strategic initiatives across the US CGA function and ensure close coordination with other USC and Global functions.
• Partner with functional leaders to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated functional strategies and execution plans.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting to provide visibility into functional priorities.
