Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Head of Planning and Business Operations in Mountain View to guide strategic planning and cross-functional execution. You will translate priorities into actionable plans and align resources with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with senior leaders to improve decision-making, drive continuous improvement, and foster collaboration across departments. MBA is preferred; Bachelor's required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
