Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to convene teams and drive decisions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with governance routines.
• Identify barriers to execution and implement practical interventions.
• Develop repeatable tools, dashboards, and lessons-learned mechanisms.
• Advance adoption of new practices and ensure accountability across teams.
