Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in BT/technology strategy or enterprise operations.
15+ years leading strategic planning, multi-year investment portfolios, and transformation.
15+ years in financial and resource management, including budget oversight and forecasting.
12+ years advancing data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve operations.
Experience in a large, global, matrix organization and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Open to 50% reporting to Pleasanton or Atlanta offices.

Responsibilities

Translate BT and enterprise strategy into actionable operating plans, roadmaps, objectives, and cadences.
Lead annual and multi-year planning with defined priorities, funding, dependencies and outcomes.
Establish governance and reporting to track progress, risks, and decisions.
Develop executive-ready insights and recommendations on strategy execution and portfolio health.
Lead BT portfolio management, demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery oversight.
Partner with Finance and BT leaders to optimize spend and articulate business value.
Build a consistent engagement model with business and BT stakeholders.
