Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' experience in a financial services firm.
SIE is required; Series 7 and 9&10 (or 8) required; Series 63 & 65 or 66 as required by state.
Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance Licenses; NFA Commodities License if commodities trading occurs.

Responsibilities

Evaluate branch structure and strategic plan to promote efficiency and profitability while meeting sales goals.
Oversee compliance oversight and ensure adherence to firm and regulatory policies.
Review client accounts and documents; resolve client complaints.
Coordinate registrations, continuing education, licensing for branch personnel.
Oversee daily trading and office activities; supervise staff.
Develop and monitor office revenue and expense budgets.
Attract, train, and retain Financial Advisors and support staff; conduct performance reviews.
