Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, and negotiation.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including training and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on a team and with internal/external partners.
• Analytical: analyze historical data, project trends, define goals, develop measurements, and achieve operational improvements in key performance metrics.
• Must be able to travel and provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sponsor partnership programs to achieve collection goals.
• Identify, develop, manage, and retain Blood Program Leaders and sponsor partnerships.
• Maximize value from sponsor partnerships.
• Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts.
• Maintain high-level communication with Blood Program Leaders and sponsors.
• Support annual blood drive calendar development and scheduling.
• Monitor government, demographics, organizations, and competitive conditions in the assigned geography.
• Apply market knowledge to service sponsor groups and penetrate designated markets.
• Maintain accurate system records and tracking of sponsor group performance.
• Ensure organizational tools, technology, and strategies support customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
