Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a dynamic professional to lead sponsor partnerships and blood drive programs in designated Texas regions. You will develop strategies, grow sponsor engagement, and coordinate with Blood Program Leaders to meet collection goals.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in marketing/sales or related field and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Experience with sponsor partnerships and managing blood drive programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sponsor partnership blood drive programs in assigned geography to achieve collection goals.
• Identify, develop and manage sponsor partnerships to maximize value and drive participation.
• Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts and maintain communication with Blood Program Leaders/Sponsors.
• Support the blood drive annual calendar by coordinating scheduling with sponsors.
• Maintain knowledge of geography, demographics, and competitive landscape to serve sponsor groups effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and provide performance data on sponsor groups.
• Ensure tools and strategies provided by the organization are fit for purpose and identify improvement opportunities.
