Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and long-term sponsor partnership blood drive programs to meet goals.
• Identify and implement strategies to attract, sell, manage and retain Blood Program Leaders/Sponsors.
• Provide organizational support and maintain communication with Blood Program Leaders/Sponsors.
• Support the blood drive calendar and scheduling for assigned Sponsors.
• Keep abreast of geography, demographics and competitive landscape to inform servicing.
• Maintain accurate system records and report sponsor performance.
• Improve tools and strategy to enhance customer service and productivity.
