Job summary

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Minimum one year of related experience.
• Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales and customer maintenance; strong communication and training skills; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement strategies to attract, manage and retain Sponsors and feeder groups.
• Coordinate activities with collections personnel to ensure positive sponsor and donor experience.
• Schedule and implement education programs for Sponsor contacts and volunteers.
• Maintain records to provide tracking and statistics on sponsor group performance.
• Utilize ARCBS tools to enhance customer service and productivity.
