Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years commercial experience in the commercialization of engineered plastics & composites.
• Broad market development capability with leadership in new business spaces.
• Trained in research competencies.
• Business model design experience, including technology licensing models.
• Creative, unconstrained clear thinker.
• Motivating and inspiring, passionate about creating new opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset able to translate ideas into a clear business narrative.
• Courage of conviction in pursuing high-impact opportunities.
• Comfortable developing relationships with diverse partners and counter parties.
• Loves new technology and exploring new markets for growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build business models to drive success in the Carbon-rich Products space.
• Execute complex agreements from inception to conclusion; advise on global issues.
• Design key elements to manage risks while maximizing value.
• Lead high-value, multi-party negotiations with counterparties and Governments.
• Align internal stakeholders to define external positions for value.
• Create and execute external influence plans and internal narratives for strategy.
• Develop external networks and relationships to identify value opportunities.
