The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural composites with a proven track record in moving ideas to final commercial sales in the automotive industry, and will travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive composites.
• Track record of delivering sales volumes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic team.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Ability to manage meetings with both technical and commercial topics.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Evaluate the Americas value chain for automotive structural parts made from composite materials.
• Opportunity Development: Create program opportunities and coordinate program management through all stages from inception to commercialization.
• Engage Tier One producers in USA/Canada/Mexico to grow sales.
• Share opportunities and program experiences with colleagues in other regions.
