ExxonMobil is seeking a highly experienced Market Development Manager in Houston to lead market strategy and development in the Carbon-rich Products Platform. You will guide cross-functional teams, build long-term competitive advantages, and drive new business opportunities in the aluminum CPC space.

The role requires a deep domain expertise in market development, technical product know-how, and strong stakeholder engagement across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in commercialization of engineered plastics & composites.
• Experience in application and market development.
• Product technical experience is required.
• Experience in new product and new market development.

Responsibilities

• Establish vision and direction for the designated market segment.
• Develop segment strategy with execution plans and pipeline targets.
• Lead value chain engagement with key decision makers.
• Develop and maintain competitor profiles and ViU analyses.
• Guide cross-functional teams on market development projects.
