Certara seeks a Global Account Director on the West Coast to own the territory and act as the primary client advocate. You will build trusted relationships across scientific, clinical, regulatory and executive stakeholders and coordinate Certara’s broad capabilities to support drug development decisions.

You will develop territory plans, qualify opportunities, and orchestrate teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; scientific or life sciences education strongly preferred.
• Ability to engage credibly with drug development professionals.
• Experience in biopharma sales or account management is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Own the territory and client relationship as commercial owner.
• Develop and execute territory/account plans for retention and growth.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify client needs and decisions.
• Coordinate Certara experts to address client opportunities.
• Maintain regular client engagement, including in-person visits.
• Lead commercial negotiations and achieve territory growth.
