Job summary

Certara USA, Inc. is seeking a Global Account Director to lead an assigned portfolio of biopharma clients in the Boston area. You will own the territory, build trusted relationships and coordinate Certara scientific, software and services capabilities to support key drug development decisions.

You will develop territory plans, qualify opportunities, manage executive-level engagements, and drive growth while maintaining strong client satisfaction across stakeholders in biotech, pharma and CROs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or scientific/life sciences education required.
• Experience in business development, account management or client-facing roles in biopharma.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory and client relationship across assigned accounts and prospects.
• Lead discovery and qualification of opportunities based on client needs.
• Coordinate Certara capabilities across scientific, software and services teams.
• Develop and execute territory plans to grow bookings and relationships.
• Maintain executive-level client engagements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast opportunities and drive commercial outcomes.
