Job summary

CLA is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator to champion client billing and practice management across services. This role collaborates with CRLs and engagement teams to ensure timely and accurate invoices while resolving discrepancies.

You will process invoices, monitor WIP, analyze billing trends, and support revenue cycle activities. Strong admin and billing experience, plus proficiency in Workday or PSA software, are highly valued at CLA.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to understand billing expectations and provide input on invoices.
• Review billing information to identify discrepancies or errors; work with teams to correct them.
• Maintain accurate billing records and files.
• Analyze billing rates and job specifics to ensure consistency and standards across the firm.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and completeness; address out-of-scope billing as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports on billing activities and trends.
