Job summary

CLA is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator II to lead billing and practice management across services. You will collaborate with CRLs, engagement teams, and leadership to process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments. This role requires meticulous financial analysis and ongoing billings oversight.

You will also help with data validation, billing schedules, and training for new hires, contributing to efficient WIP management and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience required.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business/finance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate billing records and files.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide training and support to Coordinators on billing processes.
• Assist with firm-wide financial processes and initiatives.
• Support revenue cycle management and A/R related tasks.
