Job summary

CLA is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator to champion client billing and practice management across services. You will collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to ensure accurate invoices, monitor billing trends, and resolve discrepancies, while supporting billing schedules and revenue cycle activities.

The role emphasizes data validation, reports on billing activities, and proactive analysis of production, profitability, and financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and industry standards.
• Review billing information to identify discrepancies or errors; maintain accurate billing records.
• Stay up to date on regulations and trends related to client billing; compare and analyze rates and job specifics.
• Process and monitor invoices; ensure accuracy and completeness; address out-of-scope activities in billing.
• Assist on items such as new client setup, data validation, and maintenance of Billing Schedules.
• Communicate with clients and CRLs to resolve billing issues; support revenue cycle tasks.
