Toppan Merrill is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our St Paul, MN team. You will prepare invoices, apply complex pricing, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely billing.

Responsibilities include cost gathering, client-specific pricing, tax compliance, and QA reviews to ensure accuracy. The role requires ERP experience, strong Excel skills, and effective cross‑department communication.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, or finance.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, AR, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle/Oracle Fusion.

Aufgaben

• Gather project costs, apply client pricing, and generate invoices.
• Review notes, requirements, and billing instructions before invoicing.
• Verify billing addresses, tax, freight, and invoice formats prior to release.
• Ensure invoices reflect work performed and client expectations.
• QC reviews by comparing current and historical billing activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Compliance Audit on billing inquiries.
