Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a Client Accounts Specialist to act as a liaison with clients and billing attorneys to resolve non-payment issues and improve collection realization. You will monitor invoices, credit balances, and unbilled work, while communicating with attorneys and clients to resolve aging receivables.

The role requires 2–5 years of professional experience, familiarity with accounting functions, and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with attorneys, clients and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
• Proficient accounting functions knowledge.

Mansioni

• Communicate with attorneys, assistants, and clients.
• Monitor and resolve aged invoices, credit balances, and aged unbilled work.
• Manage outreach to resolve non-payment issues via email, phone, or mail.
• Respond to collection-related requests quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Billing team to resolve auditing and reconciliation issues.
• Report delinquent collections and at-risk inventory to leadership.
• Assist in training new team members.
