Job summary

Holland & Knight is seeking a Client Accounts Specialist to act as a liaison with clients and internal teams to resolve non-payment issues and improve collection realization. The role may be located at the Tampa global operations center or the Dallas office and requires collaboration with Billing Attorneys and staff.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in a professional setting, strong Microsoft Office and accounting skills, and the ability to manage aging receivables and credit balances.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of collection strategies and financial reconciliation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with attorneys, assistants, and clients.
• Monitor and resolve aged invoices, credit balances, and aged unbilled work.
• Outreach to resolve non-payment issues via email, phone, or mail.
• Report delinquent collections and at-risk inventory to leadership.
• Assist with training of new team members.
