Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a professional setting, strong Excel skills, and experience with billing platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of collection strategies and financial reconciliation processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookup, pivot tables) and familiarity with billing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with attorneys, assistants, and clients to resolve non-payment issues.
• Manage attorney inventory, monitor aged invoices and credits.
• Outreach via email/phone/mail to resolve collections efficiently.
• Escalate issues and report delinquent accounts to leadership.
