Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience at a technology company with top performance.
• Direct sales quota ownership, closing new business and expanding users.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Self-starter who drives results with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for in-person multi-stakeholder meetings.
• Experience leading complex negotiations with bespoke agreements.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue to meet and exceed targets.
• Lead new sales and upsell conversations with Stripe customers.
• Guide strategic thought leadership in territory to ensure user success and revenue growth.
• Understand the sales process and competitors across software, hardware, and payments.
• Serve as internal and external Stripe expert for specialized products.
