Job summary

Rexel USA in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Quotations Specialist to secure pricing positions for bids and to review bid packages, formulate project quotations, and provide product knowledge.

You will collaborate with Outside Sales, format bid requests into spreadsheets, issue RFQs, compile bid tabulations, and submit final proposals, negotiating pricing when appropriate. Building relationships with customers and suppliers is central to this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Experience with electrical distribution or adjacent industry preferred.
• High School or GED required.
• Strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid quotations for low to moderate projects.
• Review bid packages and requirements (technical, commercial, documentation).
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to plan proposals.
• Format requests into standardized bid spreadsheets.
• Issue RFQs to vendors and compile bid tabulations.
