Rexel USA is seeking a Quotations Specialist to join our team in West Springfield, MA. The role focuses on establishing relationships with customers and vendors to secure pricing for bids, reviewing bid packages, and providing product knowledge.

Primary duties include formatting bid requests, collecting pricing, and delivering final proposals while collaborating with sales teams to optimize margins and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls, or adjacent industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Quote low to moderate profile/complex projects.
• Review bid package and requirements (technical, commercial, documentation).
• Coordinate with Outside Sales or branches on bid strategy.
• Format requests into standardized bid spreadsheets.
• Issue RFQs to vendors and gather pricing for bids.
• Prepare and submit final proposals with documentation.
