Job summary

Rexel USA in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Quotations Specialist to build pricing for bids, review bid packages, and collaborate with sales teams to secure competitive quotes. You will manage documentation, negotiate pricing when needed, and expand product knowledge through training while supporting customer and supplier relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or project management, familiarity with electrical distribution, and strong communication and time-management

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, project management, or related experience preferred
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls, or adjacent industry preferred
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Quote low to moderate profile/complex projects
• Review bid package and requirements
• Collaborate with Outside Sales or branches on proposals
• Format customer requests into standardized bid spreadsheets
• Prepare bid quotation with pricing and documentation
• Submit final proposal with all required documents
• May negotiate pricing with suppliers and offer substitutes
• Maintain product knowledge through trainings and meetings
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers
• Utilize digital tools to promote or demonstrate products to customers
