Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls, or adjacent industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Quote low to moderate profile/complex projects.
• Review bid package and requirements (technical, commercial, documentation).
• Collaborate with Outside Sales or branches to plan proposals.
• Format customer requests into a standardized bid spreadsheet.
• Issue RFQs to vendors and gather pricing for bid tabulation.
• Prepare and submit final proposals with required documentation.
• May negotiate pricing with suppliers and offer substitute products when appropriate.
• Participate in product meetings to maintain product knowledge.
• Meet with team to discuss vendor strategy and margins.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Utilize digital tools to promote products to customers.
