ABB in the United States is seeking an experienced Proposals Specialist to lead bids, estimates, and quotations for MV Switchgear in NAM. You will craft competitive offers by balancing product mix, technical and commercial factors, and ensure timely, well-documented tenders with full cost detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; marketing or sales acceptable with experience.
• 5+ years in proposals, field application, or engineering roles.
• Experience with switchgears or power equipment preferred.
• Experience with cross-market proposals teams.
• Excellent English; Spanish a plus.
