Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits seeks a Sales Consultant in Saint Charles, MO to visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and increase revenue. You’ll build trust-based relationships, develop growth plans for accounts, and document activities in CRM (Proof).

Ideal candidates analyze data to drive sales, stay current on SGWS products, and adapt selling approaches to each customer. The role emphasizes strong communication, field presence, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques.
• Able to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts regularly and build visit plans documented in CRM (Proof).
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and identify opportunities to drive incremental sales.
• Analyze data to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Proactively plan account visits with a clear agenda and selling opportunities.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
