Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an experienced professional to support new and existing clients in setting up and using HR technology solutions on-site at our Chandler, Arizona office. You will engage clients, manage benefit implementations, and test system setups while leveraging HRIS, payroll, and benefits knowledge.

The role requires strong client service, project management, and communication skills, with an associate degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or minimum 3 years related experience required.
• HRIS Payroll and benefits domain knowledge desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients during setup and implementation phases.
• Manage benefit implementation with DP expertise.
• Test and troubleshoot final system setup and configurations.
• Demonstrate strong client service and project management abilities.
