Responsibilities

• Act as the single point-of-contact for benefit plan implementation and coordinate resolution of all project deliverables and related issues
• Ensure implementation strategy complies with performance guarantees
• Partner with sales, consultants, plan sponsors and internal units to address critical implementation issues
• Identify and track cost-sensitive items and client-requested exceptions with alternatives
• Collaborate on design of complex account and benefit structures based on client objectives and PayFlex's systems
• Represent capabilities in high-profile client finalist meetings and look for cross-sell opportunities during implementation
• Lead and coach the implementation team to meet project targets and ensure successful delivery
• Assist the Manager with monitoring service levels, testing new offerings and software, and providing backup support
• Contribute to development and updating of internal policies and procedures
• Escalate issues when needed, prepare team statistics and manage special projects
• Suggest and implement improvements to internal processes
• Perform other duties as assigned
