Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking a Sr. Manager, Implementation Excellence (Remote) to lead the onboarding standards function for the Partner & Employer Onboarding teams.

You will design the infrastructure, tools, and processes that power scalable onboarding and drive cross‑team collaboration. You will build from the ground up: establish standards, deliver training, manage the playbook library, and partner with stakeholders to codify best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in implementation, operations, or program management within financial services or a related regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build processes, playbooks, or standards functions from the ground up.
• Strong change management capability with experience leading platform migrations or significant operational transitions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to earn trust and drive alignment.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for operational or technical subject matter.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and build structure in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the implementation toolset across platforms, driving prioritization and adoption while eliminating manual tracking workarounds.
• Standardize implementation workflows across employer and partner onboarding, identifying and closing process gaps.
• Build and maintain the infrastructure required to support onboarding processes end to end.
• Design and deliver training curricula and programs for the onboarding team, addressing gaps in documentation and readiness.
• Build structured onboarding programs for new implementation associates to enable rapid ramp to productivity.
• Partner with the partner onboarding team to codify processes as training content for the broader organization.
• Track and report platform readiness and capability development to leadership.
