Job summary

Patra Corporation is seeking an Employee Benefits Implementation Manager to lead the implementation function for employee benefits programs and oversee client onboardings, ensuring successful delivery from post-sale transition to operational readiness.

You will manage teams, establish delivery standards, monitor multiple implementations, and partner across sales, operations, and compliance to drive client satisfaction and revenue realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee benefits and related delivery, leading complex onboarding.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Strong project and portfolio management across multiple implementations.
• Deep knowledge of benefits operations, enrollment workflows, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and escalation skills.
• Ability to build scalable processes, documentation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the implementation team, set quality and delivery standards.
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementations, track milestones, remove blockers.
• Standardize implementation operations with SOPs, templates, and checklists.
• Collaborate across sales, account management, operations, compliance, product, and tech.
• Manage risk, escalations, and performance to ensure go-live success.
