Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to drive the delivery of strategic initiatives and pilot programs. You will coordinate meetings, manage communications, collect feedback, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

In this role, you will build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and presentations, supporting data analysis and effective decision-making across client-focused initiatives within a collaborative, office-based setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant work experience.
• Experience with project analysis and/or project management.
• Detailed, timely, accurate; proven tracking and analysis ability.
• Experienced in identifying and raising issues, avoiding bottlenecks, and providing support to keep projects on track.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support pilot programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Collect, organize, and analyze feedback from surveys, meetings, mailboxes, and other touchpoints.
• Identify recurring themes, trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to project teams.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, participant lists, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and the creation of actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, webinars, surveys, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project progress, participation, and engagement metrics.
• Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and process guides.
