Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client accounts, coordinating implementations and renewals, and maintain high-level relationships with key contacts. You will collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure superior service and will travel for client meetings as needed.

Required: 2–5 years in account management, Health and Life Insurance License; knowledge of benefits, payroll, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in account management or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Health and Life Insurance License mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct implementation for new and renewing clients.
• Negotiate renewals with carriers and quote open market when needed.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships with high-level contacts.
• Ensure timely benefit administration and renewal meetings.
• Provide timely updates and 24-hour responses to client requests.
