Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Benefits Consultant to develop and refine the overall benefits strategy, including evaluating current offerings and presenting proposals. The role manages a defined territory and supports national initiatives, requiring active life/health licenses in assigned states.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of insurance experience and a bachelor’s degree, with strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills to negotiate and implement benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of insurance experience preferred.
• Active Broker's Group Life & Health License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop benefits strategy and contribute to master plan benefits programs.
• Present and negotiate benefits offerings and rates with clients.
• Manage assigned territory and support national initiatives as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Benefits Consultants.
• Coordinate implementation rules, timelines, and contribution modeling.
