Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Benefits Consultant to help develop the overall benefits strategy, evaluate offerings, present options, and finalize rates for Master Plan Benefits programs. The role includes managing a territory and supporting national needs as required.

The consultant must maintain an active Group Life & Health License in assigned states and may travel as needed. Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in insurance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of insurance experience preferred
• We require strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Benefits strategy
• Present and negotiate benefits options
• Manage assigned sales territory
• Collaborate with Benefits Consultants across teams
• Conduct contribution modeling and underwriting guidance
• Coordinate benefit implementation timelines
• Travel as needed to client sites
• Build strong relationships with clients and carriers
