GN in the United States seeks a Manager of Benefits & Compensation to lead the design, administration and strategy of employee benefits programs regionally. You will partner with the Global Compensation & Rewards team to provide market insights that attract, retain, and engage talent across North America.

You will oversee health, welfare, retirement, leave management, and communications, using Workday and ADP to ensure accurate data and compliant administration.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years in Human Resources with a focus on employee benefits and 3+ years in compensation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR management is required.
• Occasional travel may be involved.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic oversight of health, welfare, retirement, executive benefits, time-off, wellbeing and ancillary programs.
• Partner with regional P&C, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and vendors to ensure enrollment and lifecycle compliance.
• Use data to assess program performance, benchmark against market trends and peers.
• Lead U.S. Benefit Committee and present recommendations for plans and cost savings.
• Oversee benefit carrier and vendor relationships and annual enrollment activities.
• Develop budgets, perform data analysis, and monitor costs of benefit plans.
• Counsel employees regarding benefits coverage and oversee leave lifecycle.
